Exceptional! Rich and Greg did a fabulous job from the moment they walked through the door. They showed up on time, put down carpet protectors and performed what appears to be high-quality work. They were very personable and professional. And when they had to make an extra trip out to get a part that was not available on their truck, they returned within a short time and finished the work. Rich and Greg certainly set the bar high for service techs!

Lifetime Warranty and Maintenance.
We had areas where some mold popped up in a couple locations that needed caulk redone. Joe and Rich fielded the call regarding our concerns and scheduled a visit to do the work. Eric and Rich were the techs that arrived early, professional with a clear scope of work. They were a well oiled machine. They asked to see the areas in question and promptly removed the old caulk, cleaned the area and applied the new caulk. If it wasn’t for the smell of the caulk you would have never known they were there.

To start off with I’m a control freak. When it comes to having work done in my house I’m very skeptical of contractors. I didn’t have any problem giving Anthony and Mario full control when it came to putting in a walk-in shower in place of my tub. They explained everything they were going to do. And they did just what they said they were going to do. The finished product is really amazingly beautiful.I should’ve done it years ago. I’m so happy I won’t have to step over the side of the tub anymore. Totally Satisfied
