Terms and Conditions for Form Submissions and Contacting Customers

I’m interested in possibly having Luxury Bath products in my home.  By submitting my information, I’d like to hear about Luxury Bath products and sales – I understand you use an autodialing phone system and that my form submission is not required to obtain a free estimate – I can call Luxury Bath instead.

Terms and Conditions for Financing

Luxury Bath NJPA is neither a broker nor a lender.  Financing is provided by third-party lenders unaffiliated with Luxury Bath, under terms and conditions arranged directly between the customer and such lender, all subject to credit requirements and satisfactory completion of finance documents.  Any finance terms advertised are estimates only.  Luxury Bath does not assist with, counsel or negotiate financing, other than providing customers an introduction to lenders interested in financing Luxury Bath customers.
