Nicole at the office was very kind and helpful in scheduling a free replacement service call for me and following up when the call needed to be rescheduled. Anthony Rivera, the technician who called on me today, went over and above to find the right showerhead, install it, and adjust the water pressure, so that less hot water would be used during a shower. I am very pleased and grateful for this service Luxury Bath has provided. They did a super job on the original shower installation and now have shown me that they do follow up on their warranty with just as much excellence."

He walked me through the process and helped me find more affordable options that still gave me the look and the items I needed, including ready-to-go materials that were available for installation within a week. Installation by G and A was down to the studs, professional and clean, and completed in one day. Customer service has been prompt and responsive. I appreciate the lifetime warranty.
