I completed two bathroom showers with Luxury Bath a couple of years ago and very happy with the beautiful look and function of their products. Recently a part needed to be looked at and Nicole, from Customer Service, ordered the part and scheduled Rich, a Service Technicians, to come out to do the work within just a few days. Everything is running perfectly again! And all of this was covered under their warranty. It's great to know that Luxury Bath is easy to work and that I know that I can count on them.
