"We had our shower replaced and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Sales rep was informative and answered our many questions. Our installers, Eric and Dion were such a pleasure. It was a long day for them and they were upbeat and managed their time wonderfully. They kept us in the loop regarding where they were at in the process and Dion even helped my disabled Mom down the steps safely. They protected the area from the front door up to the work area very well and left the bathroom spotless. Our shower looks fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased. I am usually uncomfortable having workers in my home but Eric and Dion were so pleasant and friendly which had me completely at ease. I hope they had a nice meal after putting in such a long day and still keeping their friendly and helpful dispositions. We’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. Well done guys!"

"My project was a conversion from tub/shower to a handicap accessible shower. Important features were a low step-in, vertical and angled grab bars, a shower head and a hand-held spray with magnetic mounts. The sales rep appointment was just days after my initial contact at the Home Show. He walked me through the process and helped me find more affordable options that still gave me the look and the items I needed, including ready-to-go materials that were available for installation within a week. Installation by G and A was down to the studs, professional and clean, and completed in one day. Customer service has been prompt and responsive. I appreciate the lifetime warranty. Nicole in the office was very helpful with any questions. Two minor issues ( one on my part, one on theirs) were handled promptly by Rich and Anthony R to my satisfaction and at no charge.
