The sales rep appointment was just days after my initial contact at the Home Show. He walked me through the process and helped me find more affordable options that still gave me the look and the items I needed, including ready-to-go materials that were available for installation within a week. Installation by G and A was down to the studs, professional and clean, and completed in one day. Customer service has been prompt and responsive. I appreciate the lifetime warranty.
