Anthony Rivera, the technician who called on me today, went over and above to find the right showerhead, install it, and adjust the water pressure, so that less hot water would be used during a shower. Important features were a low step-in, vertical and angled grab bars, a shower head and a hand-held spray with magnetic mounts. The sales rep appointment was just days after my initial contact at the Home Show. He walked me through the process and helped me find more affordable options that still gave me the look and the items I needed, including ready-to-go materials that were available for installation within a week. Installation by G and A was down to the studs, professional and clean, and completed in one day. Customer service has been prompt and responsive. I appreciate the lifetime warranty. Nicole in the office was very helpful with any questions. Two minor issues ( one on my part, one on theirs) were handled promptly by Rich and Anthony R to my satisfaction and at no charge.
